Macarons by Mae specializes in homemade macarons!

In the beginning, I had a variety of baked sugary goods on my menu except for macarons.

My first attempt at making these was the BIGGEST fail ever which resulted in telling myself

I'll never try to make them again as they're SUPER temperamental and finicky.

 

But here I am, baking macarons with selected quality ingredients

to provide my customers with delicious mouth watering macarons made in the West!
